Grief Support Groups, offered in conjunction with Friends of Hospice. - led by Karen Jax Giarnese RN, certified Grief Counselor and Grief Educator.

If you are grieving the loss of someone dear to you, you may be looking at the new year with dread...another year of pain and missing them. Would you like some support in your grief journey?

We welcome you to join other folks on a journey of healing and hope. There are no criteria in joining- only that you would like to be with others who understand what it is to lose a loved one. There are two types of groups offered. One is intended for Parents and Grandparents.

Grief Support Group for Parents

Each parent reacts differently to a loss of a child. Whatever the cause of their death and at whatever age, we are never prepared for the flood of emotions and the feeling of devastation within. No matter where you are along this path, the group can support you in finding hope and healing in your grief journey.

Tuesday Evenings.  7:00-8:30 PM
